Today I baked a chocolate-chocolate chip marble cake -- I found a great baking blog called "Piece of Cake," and the recipe titled "Stupid Delicious Cake" intrigued me. I don't have a bundt cake pan, so I baked it in a regular spring-form cake pan -- the result is... stupid delicious! Super moist, super delicious. David feels it needs an icing, and I agree... and perhaps some almond extract would give the cake a more exciting kick. We're taking notes while we enjoy a new addition to our at-home cakes.
