I made turkey meatballs for the first time the other night, and they turned out fabulously! Definitely shall become part of the repertoire. After baking them, I cooked the meatballs for a few more minutes in an arrabiata sauce. We had the meatballs with a side of sald - no pasta - and were very satisfied.
