Today we went to our apartment building's brand new indoor pool for some rehabilitative swimming time for David. Although not a fan of chlorination, David had a nice time beginning to "walk" underwater and doing some exercises -- his orthopedic surgeon and his physio thought it would be good to include some underwater, less weight-bearing exercises. Luckily for us, our apartment building very recently unveiled an indoor pool. Today was the first time we'd been to it -- fortunately, we picked a great time and it was completely empty. While David splashed around doing leg exercises and swimming a bit, I read a book poolside. It was very relaxed and lovely.
