Tech, tech, and more tech!

We have been rehearsing on stage as well as tech-ing in the show for almost three weeks now, and it's getting quite intense as we are down to one more week before previews (PAYING AUDIENCE!). Long long hours, we hardly see daylight, now that we're in the theater all day and night. Sometimes, I feel the above silly photo we took a few weeks ago best depicts how David feels... as well as other creatives.

But so it goes on! And somehow the show will all come together. (Knock on wood.)

The cast remains lovely and amazing people. We continue to like life in Toronto, although we miss our New York friends and Whole Foods (the Toronto Whole Foods is just not the same). David misses certain New York restaurants, too. But besides approaching "the wire" before previews and all that comes with it, and all that lies beyond, and our general fly-by-the-seats-of-your-pants lifestyle, all is well.

One more week before previews!!! (Starts on Halloween, October 31st.)
