herb crusted rack of lamb, brussels sprouts & roasted carrots/sunchokes
I suppose this blog is quickly becoming the cooking/eating blog. Alas. But cooking and eating at home has become our recent hobby/interest, and so it goes. Tonight I made a rack of lamb with fresh herbs and garlic, accompanied by brussels sprouts and roasted carrots and sunchokes. The carrots and sunchokes I tossed in olive oil, microplaned garlic, some cayenne and muscavado sugar -- a great combination.
We're holed up inside while it snows outside, waiting for the top contenders in Ladies' Figure Skating perform. We've very much enjoyed following the Olympics, eating in front of the TV with some wine.
