Made pesto marinated skirt steak with grilled portabella mushroom for brunch yesterday. David loved it. The photos are kind of blurry, but you get the idea. First time making skirt steak, so I am still getting meat prep and cook time correct, but about 3 minutes each side on the broiler (high), then rested for 5 minutes for medium rare. Marinated in pesto (basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, salt) over night. Easy and delicious!
