I have done about 2 solid weeks with David at the gym (3 times a week -- 6 sessions) on his new Power Training program. Feelin' good and starting to see some results?! Around the shoulders perhaps. I do feel stronger, less shy about working with weights at the gym, and I'm finally getting the hang of flat back.
We also have a gym in our building now -- our apartment complex has bought the defunct Crunch gym downstairs and made it into a game room, movie room, board room and a pretty good gym. So now on days we don't make it to the proper gym (down the block -- sad, but on some wintry days the block can get you down), we can just take the lift downstairs. Yay!
I'm hoping I will be like a gym bunny butterfly and stick to this (I just have to go with David every time he goes), and flourish into a fit and toned version of myself.
